Customer satisfaction and safety is our highest priority. In efforts to maintain compliance with current COVID practices there will be no returns or exchanges.
Damaged Items & Exchanges
There are no returns or exchanges, only store credit. Store credit will only be honored if items are damaged or defective by fault of Finer Creationz. In the event you receive damaged products please contact Finer CreationZ within the first (24) hours of receipt. All items returned or exchanged must be unworn with original tags. Products must be free from stains, rips, cuts, and all hygiene products and/or cosmetic residue. Returns with any of the previously mentioned damages will not be accepted. There are no returns and or exchanges on undergarments, lingerie, swimsuits, or customized products. Once your damage product is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. Please allow up to 7-14 business days to process damaged claims. If Finer Creationz is found to be at fault for the damages, and the item is in stock, we will send out your new item. If the item is no longer in stock, we will notify you by email of your store credit.

We are committed to quality and continue to research and evaluate the best brands to offer our customers. Some fabrics do need more care than others so please ensure you are following all care instructions on the labels. NO returns will be accepted for swimsuits and/or Lingerie, customized products, and accessories. No Exceptions!
