SHIPPING

All orders will begin processing within 7-10 business days from being placed. Orders will then be shipped within (7) days after processing. Due to current COVID shipping processes shipping may be delayed. A flat shipping rate will be applied to each order contingent on customers state location.  For international residents, additional shipping fees apply. Please contact us prior to ordering so we can get you a custom shipping rate. Finer Creationz does not take responsibility for duties and taxes applied in the country of delivery. Please note accurate shipping information is required to ensure merchandise is delivered in a timely fashion as well as to the correct location. Finer Creationz will not be responsible if merchandise is delayed or not delivered due to shipping information being recorded inaccurately by customer. Lastly, Finer Creationz does not deliver to hotels.

TRACKING

To track your order please use the tracking number that will be provided via email to keep track of any orders. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

OPENING PACKAGES

Please ensure when opening your packages to tear at the ends as opposed to cutting holes in the middle of the packaging. Merchandise will not be accepted if it is cut, ripped, or has holes in it as a result of your methods of opening it incorrectly.
